CHARITON GRADUATION CEREMONIES:
Chariton High School Graduation will be on Sunday, May 16, at the Chariton High School Gymnasium beginning at 3:00 pm. MEGAN AULWES and DEVON BROWN will be graduating.
LUTHERAN ADULT FELLOWSHIP will gather on Sunday, May 16, in the Fireside Room at FLC. Geneva Wilson and Earl & Linda Comstock will be your hosts.
THE CTS / FLC WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY GROUP will meet at Noon on Tuesday, May 18, at First Lutheran. We will be serving pizza. If possible, please RSVP to the church office (641-774-4875) along with your choice of pizza. The cost of the pizza will be shared by all.
DAY OF PENTECOST – SUNDAY, MAY 23: You are invited to bring red geraniums and to wear red on this fiftieth day of Easter as we celebrate the sending of the Holy Spirit.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS: We will be having a weekly BIBLE STUDY during the summer focusing on the gospel reading for the coming Sunday. The first study will be held Wednesday, June 9, at 9:00 am. Pastor will be with us to help guide the study. Coffee will be available. Bring your Bibles. The sessions will be for 1 hour.
